Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Every new volunteer works alongside someone who knows the ropes.

How much time do I need to give?

As much or as little as you like. Some people help once a month, others every week.

Can I volunteer with my family or workplace?

Yes. Groups are very welcome on Saturdays and at our big events. Get in touch to plan a date.

Do you need a background check?

Only for roles with children, like the homework club. We arrange it, and it's free.
